Practice
Musa Abdul-Basser is an associate in the International Corporate Department. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Abdul-Basser was an associate in the Corporate Finance Department at Chadbourne & Parke LLP, where he focused on corporate restructurings and financings, including securitizations and debt financings on behalf of both financial institutions and corporate borrowers. He also engaged in various private equity transactions, handling both formation and compliance issues for large and small entities.
Mr. Abdul-Basser has extensive experience in a variety of structured finance and asset-backed securitization issues. He also has experience representing public and private companies in a variety of areas, including securities regulation, corporate governance and Islamic finance.
Mr. Abdul-Basser is admitted to practice in the state of New York.
