Ibrahim A. Al-Akhzami

Mr. Al-Akhzami has experience in the preparation and negotiation of complex joint venture agreements related to large infrastructure projects and advising on public tender law and practice. He also advises clients in connection with the formalities required for corporate formation, restructuring, mergers and liquidation of companies in Oman. Mr. Al-Akhzami has also played a key role advising companies on corporate governance issues and ensuring company compliance with local laws and regulations.

Mr. AL-Akhzami was formerly general counsel and secretary to the Oman Wastewater Service Co. SAOC Board of Directors and a member of the Executive and Audit Committee.
