Mr. Behmke joined the Firm’s Litigation Department in 2004. His primary areas of practice include complex civil litigation, securities fraud and government regulatory investigations, as well as general commercial litigation and arbitration. Mr. Behmke is a member of the bar of New York, and is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
