Mark R. Bernstein

Mark Bernstein joined the Firm as an associate in the Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights Department. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Bernstein worked at the law firm of LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae as a Bankruptcy Restructuring Associate. Mr. Bernstein has experience representing debtors, purchasers and sellers of distressed claims and assets, indenture trustees, Chapter 7 and 11 trustees, and secured and unsecured creditors in proceedings arising under the Bankruptcy Code and in out-of-court restructurings.

Mr. Bernstein is admitted to practice in the states of New York and New Jersey. He is also admitted to practice before the Eastern and Southern District of New York and the District of New Jersey.
