Dr. Bünger joined the Firm’s Frankfurt office in 2007. Her practice focuses on corporate & commercial and banking & finance.
Ms. Bünger has experience in advising middle-sized companies and major banks in the areas of civil law and company law, in particular related to private limited companies (“GmbH”) and general partnerships (“OHG”).
Ms. Bünger is admitted to the Frankfurt Bar.
