Practice
Mr. Doline is an associate in the Corporate International Department. He concentrates on both domestic and international transactions relating to the legal aspects of professional investment management. His practice focuses on the formation, structuring and on-going compliance requirements of domestic and offshore private investment funds, including both private equity funds and hedge funds, that employ a variety of investment strategies, and on advising sponsors of, and institutional investors in, domestic and offshore private investment funds. Mr. Doline’s other areas of practice include general corporate law, state and federal securities law and general commercial matters.
Mr. Doline is admitted to practice in New York and Connecticut.
