Ms. Fraenkel is an associate in the Corporate International Department, having joined the Firm in 1981. She specializes in Latin American legal issues and is also involved in industrial property issues. The primary focus of her practice has been work involving the prosecution and maintenance of trademarks internationally and the preparation of the documentation of transfers of intellectual property in connection with mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Fraenkel is admitted to practice in Costa Rica and in the State of New York.
