Practice

Mr. Hart is an associate in the Firm’s Real Estate Department. His practice is focused on general real estate matters, including matters specific to commercial real estate finance, the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties and leasing matters. Along with extensive experience in representing lenders in office building, mixed use and hotel property financings, he has represented lenders and borrowers in multi-state portfolio financings, mezzanine loans, loan participation, defeasance and building loan transactions, debtors emerging from bankruptcy, loan modifications and work-outs. Mr. Hart has also represented landlords and tenants in leasing matters involving office, retail and manufacturing spaces.

Mr. Hart is admitted to practice in New York and before the U.S. District Court of the Eastern District of New York.
