Mr. Hertzberg joined the Firm’s Litigation Department as an associate in 2005. Before joining Curtis, Mr. Hertzberg served as an assistant attorney general for New York State, where he represented the State in both affirmative and defensive matters. At Curtis, Mr. Hertzberg focuses on securities-related regulatory matters and commercial litigation.

Mr. Hertzberg is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey and in the federal district courts in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
