Practice
Mr. Horowitz joined the Firm’s Real Estate Department as an associate in 2003. His practice includes drafting, reviewing and negotiating purchase and sales agreements regarding the acquisition and disposition of commercial and residential properties. He represents and advises both domestic and international parties, including borrowers, lenders, investors, partnerships, corporations, limited liability companies, landlords and tenants in real estate matters. Mr. Horowitz is admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey, as well as in the U.S. Court of International Trade.
