Mr. Lerner joined the Firm in January 2005 as an associate. He advises clients on issues of business law in connection with mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and project financing, as well as for their day-to-day operations.

Mr. Lerner has been admitted to the Paris Bar since February 2004.
