Practice
Mr. Marcus joined the Firm’s Litigation Department in 2003. His primary areas of practice include complex civil litigation, securities fraud, and white-collar criminal defense. Mr. Marcus is a member of the bars in New York and New Jersey, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern District of New York, the Eastern District of New York, and the District of New Jersey. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Marcus served as a law clerk to the Hon. Allen G. Schwartz, U.S. District Judge for the Southern District of New York.
