Practice
Mr. McCabe joined the Firm’s Litigation Department as an associate in 2004. His areas of practice include complex civil litigation, securities fraud, as well as general commercial litigation and arbitration. He has appeared in commercial matters in state and federal trial and appellate courts, and in NASD and AAA arbitrations. He has represented clients in actions involving contracts, real estate, employment law and other matters. Mr. McCabe is admitted in New York, and in the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
