Practice
Ms. McNulty is a member of the Firm’ s Litigation Department. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. McNulty served as a law clerk to the Honorable Richard Conway Casey in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, where, among other things, she developed expertise in multidistrict litigation. She has represented clients before the Federal Trade Commission in relation to corporate mergers and also has experience in federal legislation and election law.
Ms. McNulty has traveled extensively throughout Latin America and is the president and founder of Dando una Mano, a non-profit organization that works with indigenous communities in Guatemala to improve education, provide health care, and strengthen civil society. Ms. McNulty is admitted to the Bar of the State of New York.
