Practice
Tammy L. Meyer is an associate in the Firm’s Trust & Estate Department. She has a broad range of experience in matters related to the administration of trusts and estates, including the representation of corporate and individual fiduciaries in various administrative matters and in contested accounting proceedings in New York Surrogate’s Court (Nassau and New York Counties) and the New Jersey Superior Court, Chancery Division, Probate Part and the representation of individuals and charities in other contested and non-contested matters. Ms. Meyer has assisted in the mediation and settlement of claims against a corporate fiduciary under the Prudent Investor Act and has represented and negotiated settlements on a pro bono basis in a claim regarding fraudulent conveyance of a residence.
Ms. Meyer is admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey and before the Federal District Court for the District of New Jersey.
