Practice
Ms. Namnum is a senior associate in the Firm’s Corporate International Department and Latin American Practice Group based in the New York office. She has extensive experience in corporate finance transactions and securities law. Her practice focuses on private and public securities offerings, including the representation of private and public issuers in equity and debt offerings in international capital markets and financings related to corporate and debt restructurings. Ms. Namnum also advises clients with respect to compliance with U.S. securities laws. Her practice also has included syndicated credit facilities, structured financings and project finance.
Ms. Namnum has represented Latin American clients (primarily Mexican issuers) in the transportation, manufacturing and industrial, food and beverage, retail, telecommunications and energy sectors.
Ms. Namnum joined the firm in 1997. Prior to joining the Firm, she was an associate at the New York office of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson. Ms. Namnum is admitted to practice in New York, Missouri and Kansas.
