Practice
Eric Nigri joined Curtis in May 2007 as an associate in the Paris office. His practice areas include administrative law, public contracts, transportation and public sector finance.
Eric Nigri has a strong background in procurement contract law and public works concessions. In particular, he specializes in public contracts and financing of public equipment, notably rolling stockage. He also has developed a particular expertise in the field of competition proceedings (procurement contracts, DSP, CP, BEH) and the valorization of state property (AOT, BEA, conventions d’occupation).
Mr. Nigri has a vast knowledge of the public transport sector. As such, he participated in the execution of legal counsel missions regarding leasing for the accounts of national public institutions or local collectivities, notably in context of operations launched by a large national public transport institution, by a public service transport SEM delegate, by public local regrouping institutions or by various territorial collectivities. He worked on all aspects for a public order, the financial situation of public collectivities, the leasing techniques and for mechanisms of claim sessions.
Mr. Nigri is admitted to the Paris Bar.
