Practice

Mr. Phillips joined the International Corporate Department as an associate in 2005. His practice is focused primarily on matters related to securities regulation, corporate governance and general transactional matters. Mr. Phillips also has experience representing public and private companies in a variety of corporate transactions, including debt financings, acquisitions, mergers, divestitures and corporate restructurings.

Mr. Phillips is admitted to practice in New York State.
