Tobias Roettger is an associate in the Firm’s International Corporate Department. Mr. Roettger’s practice is focused on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Roettger worked in the legal department of Fraport AG (Frankfurt Airport Services Worldwide), where he provided legal advice on cross-border M&A and international project finance transactions, with a sector focus on infrastructure and a geographic focus on the Middle East/Islamic countries.
Mr. Roettger is admitted to the Frankfurt Bar as a German qualified lawyer (Rechtsanwalt).
