Practice
Mr. Cutler is Counsel in the Litigation Department, having joined the Firm in 1999. Between 1990 and 1999, Mr. Cutler served as an assistant U.S. Attorney in the District of New Jersey in that district’s white-collar prosecutions unit where he investigated and prosecuted through trial fraud and complex crimes. For two years, Mr. Cutler was the District’s Environmental Crimes Prosecution Coordinator. Currently, Mr. Cutler’s practice includes litigation and arbitration of complex cases and white-collar criminal defense. Recent matters have involved civil securities fraud, class-action lawsuits, SEC and Department of Justice investigations, accountants’ liability and contract disputes.
Mr. Cutler is admitted to practice in the states of New York and New Jersey and before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern District of New York, the Southern District of New York and the District of New Jersey.
