David E. Moran is counsel in the Firm’s Stamford office. Mr. Moran has 20 years of experience as a lawyer in New York City, first as an associate at Patterson, Belknap, Webb & Tyler (1979–1985), then as corporate attorney rising to Deputy General Counsel at Dow Jones & Company. He has represented clients in numerous transactions, supervised litigation around the world, negotiated collective bargaining agreements with labor unions, trained and supervised the work of many lawyers, and led teams of professionals in connection with acquisitions and other matters, including numerous intellectual property and licensing transactions. He also has experience collaborating with tax, ERISA and accounting experts.

Mr. Moran is admitted to practice in the State of New York and Connecticut.
