Practice

Mr. Nielsen is counsel in the International Corporate Department. He has represented U.S. and foreign public and private clients in a broad range of transactions, primarily involving mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings and other corporate financing transactions. Mr. Nielsen also advises clients on compliance with securities laws and listing requirements, business formation and general corporate and commercial matters.

Mr. Nielsen is a member of the New York bar.
