Professor Bocchiola is a partner of Curtis Milan and a Professor of Corporate Law at the University of Milan. He counsels clients regarding Italian corporate law matters in both transactional and litigation contexts. Professor Bocchiola has extensive experience in Italian corporate and securities matters, including mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, corporate debt restructuring and legal issues relating to information technology and eCommerce. He also has extensive experience representing clients in arbitrations, and he acts as an arbitrator in arbitrations concerning corporate and commercial disputes. Professor Bocchiola represents clients in commercial litigations and insolvency proceedings, and he frequently acts as a trustee in bankruptcies or as counsel to the trustee.
Professor Bocchiola is admitted to practice in Italy and before the Italian Supreme Court.
