Head of the Private Clients Practice and partner in charge of the Trusts & Estates Department, Mr. Adams has more than twenty years experience in these areas including tax and estate planning; trust and estate administration; Surrogate’s Court and Tax Court litigation and alternate dispute resolution involving fiduciaries; not-for-profit and tax-exempt organization work; and advice to owners of closely held businesses and other domestic and international business interests. He also has federal and state court general litigation experience.
