Practice
Mr. Fourcault is a partner in the Corporate International Department and has been with the Firm since 2000. His practice is focused on corporate and commercial law issues in connection with mergers and acquisitions, private equity and financing transactions. Mr. Fourcault is also very active in the field of investment management and collaborates on a day to day basis with the French financial regulator (AMF) for the improvement of French investment management regulations. Mr. Fourcault’s other areas of practice include general corporate, commercial and competition law, ICC arbitration and contracts in the oil industry.
Mr. Fourcault is admitted to practice as an Avocat à la Cour de Paris in France.
