Practice
Ms. Harwood is a partner in the New York office. She has extensive experience in a broad array of commercial litigation and arbitration matters, including the representation of foreign governments in cases involving international law and foreign sovereign immunity issues; international arbitration, including both ICC and ICSID proceedings relating to disputes in the oil and gas industry; federal court actions and FDA regulatory proceedings relating to pharmaceutical products, including trademark infringement and false advertising claims; defense of securities fraud investigations by the SEC and Justice Department; and litigation arising in connection with Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings.
