Mr. Lyonnet, a partner in the International Corporate Department, joined the Firm in 1988. He is admitted to practice in France and has had extensive experience in domestic and international business law matters as well as international arbitration. His experience includes investment management, mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, international contracts including distribution agreements and satellite network communication contracts with both private and state owned entities, as well as the representation of private sector companies and sovereign states or state-owned entities in international arbitrations. He also served as arbitrator as well as expert witness in French and international arbitration law before U.S. Courts.
Mr. Lyonnet is based in the Paris office of the Firm and initially worked in its New York office. Prior to his joining the Firm, he has worked with the law firm of Gibney, Anthony & Flaherty in New York and with Unilever.

- He assisted with the publication of the World Arbitration Reporter by the Parker School of Foreign and Comparative Law of Columbia University.
- He is the author of several articles concerning French foreign exchange control regulations and French corporate tax.
