A member of the Firm’s Litigation Department and of the International Arbitration Practice Group, Mr. Preziosi has been with the Firm since 1982.

Mr. Preziosi has represented clients in a wide range of matters, focusing on complex contractual disputes in arbitral and court proceedings, including matters relating to long term take-or-pay supply contracts (involving claims of force majeure, commercial impossibility and impracticability, frustration of purpose and mutual mistake), post-transaction disputes (involving, among other things, claims under indemnification provisions of stock and asset purchase and sales agreements), disputes under partnership agreements, disputes arising under non-competition agreements and disputes under maritime charter agreements. Mr. Preziosi also has broad experience in civil, criminal and regulatory cases involving complex financial matters including the valuation of businesses and stock, allegations of securities fraud, professional liability and financial fraud. His experience includes proceedings under the ICC and AAA arbitration rules and proceedings and trials in federal and state courts in New York, Delaware, California, Indiana, Connecticut, Texas, Florida, New Jersey, Illinois and Utah.

Mr. Preziosi is admitted to the Bar of the State of New York and is admitted to practice in the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York and before the Second Circuit.
