Practice
Remy A. Rodas is partner to the Firm and a member of the Corporate International Department. His practice is focused on business transactions and serving as lead counsel to companies and high-net worth individuals. Mr. Rodas represents and advises clients in the planning, structuring, management, negotiation, drafting and closing of their principal business deals. These include startups and joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, asset-based and unsecured debt, executive compensation arrangements, and sales and purchases of key products and services. Mr. Rodas’ clients are involved in a wide range of businesses, principally financial services, manufacturing, and global courier services. Mr. Rodas is admitted to the bars of Connecticut and New York. He is fluent in Spanish.
