Mr. Seiden is a partner in the Mergers and Acquisitions and Finance groups. He has extensive experience in domestic and transnational corporate and commercial transactions, with an emphasis on joint ventures; M&A; financial transactions; and workouts.
Mr. Seiden’s corporate experience includes mergers and acquisitions; joint ventures; corporate debt transactions; workouts related to structured finance, derivatives and corporate transactions; and private placements of debt and equity.
Mr. Seiden’s commercial experience includes strategic alliances; commercial agreements; general strategic advice; and agreements for the licensing, development and distribution of intellectual property assets.
Mr. Seiden has represented clients in diverse industry sectors, including: manufacturing; consumer and industrial products; commodities; energy; alternative energy; financial services; private equity; media and entertainment; advertising; computer software; internet tools; and hotels and resorts.
He is admitted to the Bars of the States of New York and California.

- Represented financial institutions in workouts related to securitized assets and derivatives.
- Represented purchasers in the acquisition of manufacturing, technology, chemicals, media and out-of-home advertising businesses.
- Represented advertising networks in strategic partnerships, commercial agreements and the licensing, development and implementation of digital distribution platforms.
- Represented a joint venture in restructuring the venture and granting a strategic partner an option to purchase an equity interest.
- Represented a NERC training company in licensing transactions and strategic alliances.
- Represented an internet tools company in its initial public offering.
