Mr. Ulke is a partner in the Corporate International Department in New York. He has extensive experience working with private and public sector clients on structuring and negotiating a broad range of international transactions, including project development and finance transactions, commercial contracts, joint ventures, acquisitions and financings.
Mr. Ulke has particular experience in Latin America and in the oil and gas, electricity and telecommunications sectors, having worked on a number of large-scale transactions and regulatory matters.
He is admitted to practice in New York and Buenos Aires.
