Mr. Valverde joined the Firm’s Mexico City office in 1998 as an associate in the International Corporate Department. Mr. Valverde has extensive experience in general corporate transactions, regulatory matters in the gas and oil industries, financial and banking law, as well as antitrust matters. His practice is focused on project finance of infrastructure projects for the Mexican oil and power industries, including production and storage facilities, natural gas pipelines and power plants, among others.
