Curtis also has extensive experience representing foreign and domestic private charities and private foundations, including private operating foundations, which take the form of corporations or trusts organized by individuals or families to further their charitable objectives or by corporations as part of their community outreach. The private foundations we represent have been organized in several of the states of the United States, including New York and Delaware, and many foreign jurisdictions including the Bahamas, the Cayman Islands and Liechtenstein. These foundations range in size from assets of US$1 million to well over US$100 million.
