Mr. Alonso is an associate in the Corporate and International Arbitration groups. He focuses his practice on corporate transactions, capital markets, project finance and arbitration.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Alonso was an analyst in corporate governance for Latin America at the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development in Paris, France. He obtained experience in issues related to best practices codes and corporate governance practices of institutional investors and state-owned enterprises.
