ATTORNEY PROFILE
 
Mr. Brook is an associate in the Litigation group, where he focuses on contract disputes. He also has experience in product liability, securities fraud, derivative actions and Lanham Act claims.
Prior to joining Curtis, Mr. Brook served as a judicial clerk to two federal judges: the Honorable Robert A. Katzmann, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and the Honorable Carol Bagley Amon, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
Mr. Brook previously served as a legislative aide to the late Sen. Daniel Patrick Moynihan (D-NY).
