Ms. Beloded is an associate in the Tax group. Her practice focuses on providing advice to clients on tax aspects of domestic and cross-border corporate transactions, including taxable and tax-free acquisitions and dispositions, leveraged buyouts, S corporation tax issues and real estate investment trusts. Ms. Beloded provides advice to domestic and foreign multinationals on international tax issues in cross-border transactions and internal tax planning matters, including issues relating to foreign tax credits, subpart F, passive foreign investment company rules and foreign investment in U.S. real property.
