ATTORNEY PROFILE

Mr. Doline is an associate in the Investment Management group. He focuses his practice on domestic and international transactions relating to the legal aspects of professional investment management.

Mr. Doline concentrates on the formation, structuring and on-going compliance requirements of domestic and offshore private investment funds that employ a variety of investment strategies, including private equity funds and hedge funds. He advises sponsors and institutional investors on domestic and offshore private investment funds. Mr. Doline also provides counsel to sovereign entities, including sovereign wealth funds, in connection with the expansion of their investment aims, formation and structuring of their sub-funds and special purpose vehicles, and organization of their cross-border structured investments.

Mr. Doline has advised U.S. and foreign clients on forming private investment funds targeting investment opportunities in several jurisdictions, including the United States, Latin America, Asia, the Middle East, and Eastern Europe with a focus on the countries comprising the Commonwealth of Independent States. Mr. Doline's other areas of practice include general corporate law, state and federal securities law, and general commercial matters.
