ATTORNEY PROFILE

Ms. Danzi is an associate in the Corporate and Oil and Gas groups. She focuses her practice on energy law. She has experience with cross-border pipeline projects and other international petroleum transactions; regulatory and competition issues concerning network utilities; public-private partnership schemes for the delivery of local public services; gas sales contracts; electricity trading; and power off-take arrangements and tolling agreements. She also advises on European environmental law in the oil and gas, nuclear, and water sectors.

In addition, Ms. Danzi has substantive experience in corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions.
