Ms. Allen is a partner in the Corporate, Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity and Intellectual Property groups. She has extensive experience in representing clients in a wide variety of complex cross-border mergers and acquisitions, the formation of strategic partnerships and joint ventures, private equity transactions, and the establishment of new companies and businesses.

Ms. Allen's practice also focuses on the restructuring of businesses and dissolution of companies, financing, re-financing and capitalization matters, and privatization and infrastructure projects. In addition, she advises on general commercial matters, including sale, purchase and lease arrangements, and on secured transactions; distribution and franchising arrangements; and technology transfer, licensing, trademark and copyright matters.

Ms. Allen was managing partner of the Curtis Frankfurt office from 1995 to 2004.
